In blender, combine carrot juice, spinach with liquid, broccoli and apple. Process as directed until smooth. Season with salt. Serve hot or cold with a spoon.
Tip: Use 1 cup (250 mL.) cooked or 2 cups (500 mL.) well-washed uncooked fresh spinach in place of the canned. If desired, increase carrot juice until the desired consistency is achieved.
