Instructions
  1. Mix together the coffee, mint, and cream. Pour over ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
  2. Variations: Omit the cream and proceed as directed above, or omit the mint extract and mint sprig and substitute 1/2 teaspoon almond, rum, brandy, or vanilla extract.
