Yes, even the popular banana smoothie can be improved upon! Well you probably weren’t thinking with prunes we are guessing, but give this one a try and you will be pleasantly surprised. Although many of the recipes call for plain soy milk, some flavored soy milks work equally well in fruit smoothies. Feel free to substitute your favorite flavor.

  1. In blender, combine soy milk, prunes and banana. Process as directed until smooth.
