In blender, combine beet juice, asparagus, beets, spinach, dates, and maple syrup (if using). Process as directed until smooth.
Tip: Substitute one 12 oz (375mL.) can asparagus tips or spears with liquid for the cooked chopped asparagus when fresh is not in season. Reduce beet juice to 1//4 cup (50 mL.) if using canned asparagus.
