1/2 cup coffee
1/4 cup papaya nectar
1/2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp cream of coconut
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Mix the coffee, papaya, 1/4 kiwi, coconut, and ice cream in a blender for 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth. Garnish with the remaining kiwi and pour the heavy cream lightly on top, if desired.
