Now, you’re probably thinking, what does alcohol have to do with marketing? I’ll tell you what it has to do with. It has to do with money. Specifically, adding add-ons to whatever you’re doing.

In my coffee and smoothie business, we rent out tiki bars. One of the options that we offer as an upgrade is alcohol. What’s a party with a tiki bar without alcohol? We charge extra for the service. It’s very profitable. It makes everyone have a great time. We call them “smoothies that party.”
