In my coffee and smoothie business, we rent out tiki bars. One of the options that we offer as an upgrade is alcohol. What’s a party with a tiki bar without alcohol? We charge extra for the service. It’s very profitable. It makes everyone have a great time. We call them “smoothies that party.”
